What a find ! The host very welcoming. The lodge is beautiful. The dog care package was very sweet. Fresh milk, tea, coffee etc. Sweet treats, toiletries.

What an amazing little hidden Gem we found! If you love a quiet tranquil place with beautiful views all to yourself then this is the place to be. Me and my partner booked this very spontaneously as we had a rare night without the kids , and it didn’t disappoint, it was beautiful inside and out with all the facilities included , it also had a very cozy cottage feel to it which I love . We really enjoyed star gazing in the hot tub and waking up to see all the rabbits running around in the field. I also like that it had private gates on the property and a private drive way, the owner ( Summer) was absolutely lovely and very helpful . We will definitely be returning .

Sitting area very comfortable, the entire ambiance was very stylish, clever small window placement made the space feel like it was over two levels and made it feel quite spacious

Absolutely stunning lodge in the countryside-but close enough to town. Comfortable warm clean and also the host had it kitted out like a 5star hotel. Beautiful toiletries and towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and cleaning as well as beautiful biscuits croissants and a large range of coffees and teas. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Despite being so perfect it is dog friendly too! We will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great! Comfy beds, nicely done out, perfect idilic location with private relaxing deck area to the side overlooking the lake.
