Excellent location to a wedding we were attending at Southend Barns. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom house! The place was spotless and had a warm, welcoming feel as soon as we walked in. Both bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with cosy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was great too — peaceful and convenient, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly - they even allowed for an earlier check in so that we had ample time to relax prior to our evening out! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

This was the first time staying at a property like this and we both said it was perfect inside and outside. Spotless inside and very well looked after with the same being outside too. A lovely relaxing night by the lake perfect staycation for us. Ali was amazing and so kind too thank you again.

Fabulous however there was no one next door either side.

Location, space and facilities close within park (pub/restaurant by the lake with live entertainment. The lodge has 2 bathrooms and good size bedrooms. We stayed 2 nights for the festival of speed and it was superb. Quiet and only a few miles to event and Chichester. The lodge has everything you may need and is so bright and comfortable.

A lovely, clean and well thought out little place Spotlessly clean, and fun quirky decor along the jungle theme Bed was so comfortable and cosy and I slept so well. I appreciated the little touches like biscuits, milk and tea and coffee left for me Communication beforehand and instructions were clear and friendly I would definitely stay again Great value for money too!

Fantastic place. The caravan is perfectly located a short walk away from all the amenities. It was also spotless and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, so other than your food, there is nothing you'll need. We only booked a short break as we wanted to try the place 1st before committing for longer. I will definitely be rebooking! Hilary -the owner- was also very flexible with checkout time. This was an added bonus that made the experience an even better one.
