South KoreaIt was a special and peaceful retreat in a cabin surrounded by the forest.
Both the reception area and the cabins were beautifully designed.
The fireplace inside the cabin kept us very warm—so much so that at night, we even left the window slightly open while the fire was still going.
It was conveniently close to the Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle.
The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, but I’d recommend bringing enough ingredients if you plan to cook your own meals.

Warm fireplace keeps you warm and the balcony will have wild animals and easy to see the stars. The hotel itself has a lot of trails from 10minutes to 1 hour. The breakfast is very good.

I loved the location being so close to the Cradle Mountain visitor centre, I was able to walk to the shuttle each morning. The big windows in the kitchen were an added bonus, with a great suprise for seeing wombats while I was cooking/ eating. And the spa bath was well appreciated after a big day hiking. The location was fantastic - straight across from the visitors' centre where the shuttle departs. The cottage was extremely comfortable with everything you could need, including a brilliant indoor fireplace to keep us warm and cosy. Great kitchen facilities so we didn't have to leave the comfort of the cabin to cook dinner.
