Set in Pechón, within 200 metres of Playa del Pedreru and 23 km of Soplao Cave, Kampaoh Las Arenas offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool as well as free private parking for guests... I loved everything about my stay. The staff I talked to were all so friendly, especially those at the reception and the woman working at the grocery store. I was almost shocked at how clean the bathrooms and showers were, especially considering how many guests the campground has. The tent I stayed in had everything I needed and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. I also especially liked the hangout areas with the hammocks, where you can watch the sunset over the water. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again, and I will recommend it to anyone walking the Camino del Norte.

Camping Pradon, a property with an open-air bath, a garden and a bar, is situated in Arnuero, 42 km from Santander Port, 43 km from Puerto Chico, as well as 43 km from Santander Festival Palace. Really friendly helpful staff. We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. The pool was lovely, and we had a good time playing football too. The site was quiet at night and we all had a great night sleep. The caravan was well equipped and there was plenty of space for us to park our campervan outside. Will come back again

Located in Cabezón de Liébana, 10 km from Santo Toribio de Liebana Monastery, Camping Liébana provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar. Lovely open setting with views. Even in July it was quiet and had lots of space. The bar was perfect to sit out on the terrace, with a lovely friendly barman. Immaculate new washing facilities and only 5 mins from Potes. Oh and the pool was large and fab too! Perfecto :-)

L'Altamira Camping Park està situat a Queveda, a 9 km de Suances. Ofereix una piscina exterior de temporada i WiFi gratuïta. Location Location Location couldn't ask for a better location, sweet bungalow, (mobile home half sized) swimming pool, food was nicely served, friendly people on site, nice staff, amazing views, nice relaxed atmosphere, on site shop very reasonably priced

El Camping El Helguero, situat en ple entorn natural, a tan sols 4 km de la localitat càntabra de Comillas, acull una piscina exterior, un parc infantil i un restaurant. Victor, the owner of this campsite, did everything he could for us. He opened the already closed store and we were able to buy everything we needed for dinner. In addition, he offered us freshly baked bread. Thank him very much!
