Situated along the sandy beach of Anse Forbans in Takamaka, Chalets d'Anse Forbans offers self-catering bungalows with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. We liked the self-contained chalet set-up, which allowed us complete flexibility regarding when and what we ate, and provided us with ample space to socialise as a family and a chance for each of us to find a quiet place to relax. The proximity to the beachfront and the absence of other properties nearby meant that it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The secure, off-street parking was a great plus. The friendliness, local knowledge and professionalism of the staff was a major highlight of our stay.

Overlooking Anse a La Mouche Bay, La Residence Anse La Mouche is situated just 50 metres from the Indian Ocean. The creole-style, self-catering apartments all come with air conditioning. Room was spaceous, nice view to the sea from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Big comfy bed. WIFI works well in the room. Very peaceful location. Our check out day turned out to be heavy rain, we were kindly let stay in the room well beyond the official check out time which was super helpful.

Set only 50m from the beach, Le Domaine de Bacova features private bungalows and villas with verandas. It is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with free private parking. Stayed the the apartment at the back but then I was upgraded on the last night to sea front apartment. The sea front apartment is phenomenal. The place is well equipped and staff are great.
