Lodge Margouillat is situated on a property of 4 hectares with an abundance of exotic wildlife and maintained gardens. The explanations by Thomas at the beginning were inspiring. The details of his luxury and very clean and secure resort were outstanding. We experienced more wildlife (animals) in his resort than in the guided tours around the country. We stayed 5 days and were pleased to go back to this oasis every evening.

It's a beautiful place, with a wonderful garden and a great little swimming pool, with enough place for swimming and cool bar chairs in the pool. A nice room with a well equipped kitchen. The host was extra nice and friendly - he contacted us about things we have left in the place and made sure we get our stuff back . Thank you!!

This bed and breakfast has a pool with a view and a garden. the property was so clean and prestine, the host Jessika is super friendly and so helpful ,her and her husband helped us a lot. the view is priceless ,the ocean behi d you and the forest right in front . i really do recommend this place.

With river views, Rio Tico Safari Lodge is situated in Punta Mala and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and terrace. Kees - the owner - somehow managed to create one of the cleanest and most comfortable stay, in tents that we experienced in CR. The farm is green and close to nature - with it's own river and also a waterfall close to it. We only spent 1 night here - which we regret, because it might be a perfect location to do 'star tours'.

Mini Hostel Santa Teresa is located 100 metres from the surf break and beach in Santa Teresa. What a lovely place. It is even better than what we see on the picture. The swimming pool is perfect to cool off after a beach day or a tour. You've got everything to enjoy your stay at the hostel (kitchen, pool table, pool, close utilities and beach at 3 min walk) and the chilling area is so relaxing and has a good vibe. Simply Pura Vida! The staff is super nice and friendly, and are always at your disposition for questions and for booking shuttles. I really recommend this place as it is the perfect mix between nature, city and pura vida lifestyle Thanks Pura Vida team. I'll definitely be back
