I had an amazing stay at Tanah Semujan in Ubud. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the main street, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. The owners are incredibly polite and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms are cleaned every single day, which is something I truly appreciated after weeks of traveling. But the real highlight? The breakfast. After 40 days of traveling around Asia, I can confidently say that the breakfast here was the best I’ve had—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day.

Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Nice room. We had a great view of the pool. Comfy bed! Fan only room and was totally okay in June. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice to have breakfast included but nothing special.

Grateful to Rusmini and her hospitable staff who pretty much runs this entire villa. They have been very pleasant and magnificent. Leaving this home in Ubud after staying for a few weeks is bitter sweet. I will miss my new babies, Milly and Billy too. PROS 1. Best location there is! It’s in Ubud center yet it’s a relaxing place to stay. It’s close to restaurants, a co-working space, spa facilities, grocery, laundry, etc. 2. Staff - excellent! 3. Breakfast - to have breakfast on their package for the price you pay is just a bonus. It’s a win-win to guests. 4. Room - stayed here for 2 weeks and worked at the same time. Everything has been kept clean and well maintained. 5. Activities - they have a remarkable pool, friendly pets to play with, a hammock area, etc. no complaints.

A peaceful haven in the middle of bustling Ubud ! It's very private, spacious and the swimming pool set among the flowers and the trees allows you to relax and cool off. The personal are friendly, kind and discreet. It's very well located to visit Temples, the Palace, restaurants and of course shops. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back !

The room was great, two large single beds and an ensuite bathroom! There was also a little balcony. The hosts were absolutely lovely and brought breakfast up to us! Also really easy to get everywhere (very central). Was great value for money, would 100% recommend! 😊
