The staff was the greatest, Khalid, Homan and Ash helped us since we arrived with getting transportation, telling us places to visit etc. They even held our luggages for one night, when we went to Petra and Wadi Rum. They found the best transportation to go to Petra and Wadi Rum. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Having breakfast included was a must for us, and very good.

I feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. They didn't hesitate to help me when I don't have a charger. The staff really took time to remember my name and assist me.
