Very new and clean room with nice free amenities, free mineral water. Great private hammam inside and enough towels. Spontaneous, quick and smooth communication.

Michalis at the front desk was simply amazing! Friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across such outstanding hospitality.

There are so many things about this hotel that are exceptional, but first and most of all are the people who work there. Such kindness, patience and catering is deserving of more than a 10. And this grade is because of them. Especially I would like to mention Liana who has done everything and beyond to make it a great stay for us. Furthermore, this hotel's location is perfect if you want to have a great relaxing get-away vacation. It connects straight onto a beach and is a short taxi ride to Rethymno core town, or you can have a 30minute stroll down the strand (all the way along the beach). As we expected from Greek cuisine, the food was fantastic, but what made it better was all the options we had during breakfast and dinner time - ranging from savory, both for meat lovers and vegans to sweet (those strawberry tarts were insanely good) a lot of variation every day. We were there for 10 days and never got bored with the food (actually gained some nice sea-vacation weight :D ) The hotel has a modern design, which might for some things be limiting, but it s nothing that the hotel's staff cannot take care for you, so you can have the best holiday stay! The catering is professional and amazing, from the hotel area to the double pool area and straight down to the beach. You can lie down comfortably in sunbeds, get your cocktails served directly to you and enjoy the sun and seaairwithout moving a finger, and have your perfectly deserved lazy vacation. Speaking of Sun, Rhetymno must have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world - don't miss out on sitting at the beach in the evening, with a glass of vine at your side and enjoy the sun setting in. Even though the hotel itself is some way from both of the airports - hotel can organize a pick up/drop off ride for you or it is easy as well to book a taxi online with many respectible services.

Clean, quiet, very silent air conditioner. The staff is very kind, there was someone waiting for us even though we arrived after the check in time. They also send us the code to the door so we can check in ourselves. Clean room, comfortable bed. And a wonderful not very expensive breakfast. The parking is on the street but there is no problem you can easily find a parking spot.

Beautifully designed hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in nearby mall was a bonus. Nice restaurant (Kizuna) and cafe down the road. We stopped off here briefly on route to other parts of Crete, arriving late and leaving the next morning so didn't spend a lot of time exploring Heraklion or the local area.

An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.
