The facility was nicely finished - a small house-hotel with new finishings completed at a good standard. The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).

It was an incredible experience from beginning to end, I would definitely recommend it :) The tent was very comfortable with everything you need, the breakfast is delicious and it was exceptional to be able to go to the jacuzzi after visiting the caves. The owner was also super nice and accommodating!

We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the delicious breakfast — every detail was thoughtfully prepared with love. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This place is definitely worth its price! We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special spot to relax or escape from everyday life. We sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future — it was an absolute pleasure!

La habitación es muy cómoda y agradable, con un amplio balcón. Además está a 10 minutos andando del centro de Borjomi y tiene una buena vista. Lo mejor fue nuestra anfitriona, una mujer muy amable y animada que se esforzaba por que todo estuviera bien. Nos indicó como llegar a Vardzia y también nos regaló una cerveza para tomar en la habitación!
