I want to highlight Grace in the mini kids club, she was so awesome with the kids. She was very attentive, and so welcoming that my kids didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect and in walking distance to some major attractions.

There is free parking, but it is difficult to find a place in the upper area of ​​the hotel. Friendly staff 🙂

The entire hotel team is very kind and friendly, everything is done with a smile and a personal approach. The food at the restaurant and the pool is tasty and prepared on site with local products. Special thanks go to Aurelio, Almudena, Goyo and Diego from the restaurant, Aron and Fran at the pool. Simona, the professional and energetic manager of the wellness center and the magic hands of Tzaïra who massaged all our tensions away. We will return for sure next year.

The hosts were very responsive to our requests, which made our experience even better. Additionally, there are great restaurants within a short distance, offering excellent food.
