We extended our stay for a night, and all went just well, and we kept the same room. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The room was spacious and clean. We even got bicycles that allowed us to explore the cities more. The location is fantastic. We had our room on the 4th floor, and the view was just breathtaking. We even received some gifts to carry back home. WE Highly recommend the hotel.

The property features garden and city views, and is 1.8 km from Lugano Station. The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Baldomero and his wife the owners was brilliant nothing was too much trouble we ate in the restaurant at night and the food was superb there was a very good selection for breakfast including scrambled eggs the coffee was very good I would highly recommend this hotel also lastly the WiFi was excellent 👍
