I had a fantastic stay at The Dagny, and I have to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ramy Chebbo at the front desk. I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

    The location was perfect for the Head of the Charles regatta. Close enough that I could walk back to the hotel after the event was over. The staff were all fantastic, friendly, and ready to help. I loved that housekeeping came by to tidy up and provide fresh towels, despite the fact that I was only there for two nights. Typically, most hotels require you to stay longer, which I'm not a fan of. The room was beautifully decorated. I loved the modern, neutral colours and decor. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean.

    The staff were amazing and always helpful and friendly! The room was a generous size and very clean and quiet. The food at Josephine's was excellent as was the service. The location was within easy walking to Harvard and area, easy access to Boston.
