We stayed for 2 nights at the mermaid and the pearl and fully enjoyed our time on the island. Anna is a wonderful host and very helpful to understand the island and what there is fun to to. She also organized our snorkeling trip and it was really cool! The room was very clean and spacious and we felt very welcome in the house. The pool on the terrace is a nice plus and one of the best beaches was right around the corner. We definitely recommend staying at Anna's Mermaid and the Pearl.

Location is perfect! Right across the street from the beach and a two minute walk from the ferry terminal. Small details make a big difference such as the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the large beach towels. Visits to the beach were very much enjoyed. Coffee maker in the room was greatly appreciated as well as a little bit of coffee to start our day. Patio on the roof right outside our door was amazing for watching the sunsets and enjoying the local scenery. Staff was very friendly and our room was spotless everyday. Well done!

Our stay was amazing! best location, super clean! Andrea is super nice and helpful and recommended amazing places to eat, explore, and experience. The location is a 5 min walk to north beach (which I'd say is the best one on Isla Mujer) and 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and there was complementary water dispenser what we appreciated a lot. I had such a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, bed was comfy, shower was great, many cooking facilities including a microwave, nice big fridge & freezer. Located by the main strip with all the bars, shops and restuarants. The local supermarket Akis, was also a few steps away. A 5 mins walk to the centro beach & north beach. Victor, the host was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. He was always available and always assured me that he would be around if needed. He was super friendly, kind and has a heart of gold. He has been the best host ever, such an amazing gentleman. I can not thank him enough.
