Everything. The room was big, clean and decorated so nice. It had everything you needed,and a kitchen with coffee,tea,sugar,electric kettle,flint,pots,plates,etc. Our room had a super nice view of the yard and the sea. Bed was huge. The yard has a lot of plants,places to sit and cats! Pigi, the owner was super nice and she made a booklet to help the guests with all the necessary info ( taxi,tours,car,rentals,food places). ( You self checkin by calling her number on the front gate) There's a market ( with everything you could possibly need)a gas station,a bakery and multiple places to eat around. Closest taverna is a few steps away. There's Psarou beach,20 mins away on foot. Very nice beach This place was perfect for us.

Nice place with an amazing and kind host. Really beautiful view from the balcony and close to the beach. Would fully recommend this place for friends or for families, it is in a quiet area of the island, but in a really beautiful place. The host is amazing, helped us with transportation by arraging a taxi for us from the airport to the hotel and back

The apartment complex was a family run business, very welcoming and very easy to get contact with the host. Even so there were more guests in the complex, we had a lot of privacy. Beautiful view from our room, table and chairs on both sides of the apartment, small beach leading into the crystal clear water for comfortable swimming, 1-minute walk! Air-condition functioned perfectly and everything we needed was available in the small kitchen. A perfect location to explore the island, quiet, but close to several beaches, a bit remote, so good to have a car available. Thanks, Giannis and family, for letting us stay in your place

We spent there 5 nights and we had an amazing stay. The arrival time was very flexible (we arrived very late in the night). Everything was very clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The top part was the swimming pool and the jacuzzi which was simply amazing. The water level and temperature was optimal. We really enjoyed it. If you are staying in Zakynthos we highly recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this hotel in Zakynthos was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness by the owner, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless-immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was nothing short of incredible! Every meal was a delight and truly the highlight of our days, making our vacation ten times more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the owner and his daughter at the reception-they went above and beyond to make everything available and ensured every guest was well taken care of. Renting a car directly at the hotel was a seamless and very convenient addition that made exploring the island effortless. If you want a place where hospitality, comfort, and amazing food come together perfectly, this hotel is the one! We cannot recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat.

Ok guys, so get ready for this! In so many years of traveling for holiday and same for greek islands, never have we had such a good time before. The area and little town are like in the good old movies, the villa is amazing, the view is truthfully dreamy, but the best part was the feeling like at home, and also the owners, who are such sweet people. We loved loved loved everything about it! As a treat, we can tell you that for our morning orange and lemon juice, we took the fruits straight from the garden. The rest is for you to find out. Also, the peace and quite ... there was nothing better! Except for the food 😁😁 To the owners, Vlad and Ioana wish you all the best, always, and we hope to get to see you again!

We were delighted with the apartment and particularly its beachfront location. The addition of a little private garden with a sun platform and comfortable bean bag sun loungers was a bonus. The sea just a few steps from there was why we booked. The view is exceptional and we enjoyed spectacular sunrise/sunsets, and loved the little taverna just along the beach from the apartments. The apartment is spacious and airy, with air conditioning in every room and everything you need for a longer stay. We especially loved the double door sea views and easy access to the balconies. Also very conveniently located for the breakfast restaurant and swimming pool as these were right next door, and our physically disabled daughter found access to these very easy.

Everything was perfect! Excellent choice in Zakynthos! Really nice and modern apartment in the heart of Zakynthos, best location (just 1 street away from top area)! Really spacious, comfortable, new and has everything you need, even wash maschine and dryer. I would definitely recommend it! Loved it and didn’t want to leave, beds were very comfortable, exeptional!

    The best was definitely the location. Beachview and 3 minutes away from the closest beach. Very calm place, on a more rural side of the island. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was extremely nice, looked very modern. Stovetop with 2 pieces was very convenient to prepare a quick meal.

    The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed using the pool with our sons. Check in and out was seamless. It was a refreshing change to deal directly with the villas owners rather than an agency. They gave us some great recommendations for where to go to eat and some great tips for sightseeing. Highly recommended!

    I very much liked the location and the views (seafront). The bungalow was very prepared against heat and mosquito attack (shutter blinds + CLEAN A.C. + mosquito nets) Good sized comfy beds, decent mattresses. Spotless sheets and towels. Nature is not totally destroyed so we made some lizard and gecko friends (Pinky and Linky). Choose from sandy or more rocky shore. We got a free booster car seat for our stay. Our host kept us well informed and made sure we have a lovely time.

    The staff was very friendly and at any time helpful. The room was spacious, with a big Balkon where you can see the sunset and sunrise with a walking distance from the beach. Everything in the room was very clean, and the staff always asked if we need anything and was always ready to give us instructions on where to go in Zakynthos. I would recommend this place for everyone that wants to stay in a low budget but nice room to stay.

    Location was ideal for our purpose which was an emergency stay following the cancellation of our flight. The host responded very quickly and was very welcoming when we arrived. As we arrived late they made sure we had food before kitchen closed. I the morning it was still uncertain when our flight was to depart so we were given a late checkout. The hotel also arranged for a taxi pick-up to transfer back to the airport.

    We stayed in the apartment with the pool and it was a lovely spot. The pool is great and the apartment was very clean. We rented a car to get around which was necessary because the location is quite remote, but that was what we wanted. It's a nice, quiet location.

    Superb location with fabulous views. the property was very clean and we were welcomed with home grown olive oil and wine by a vey friendly host! A car is useful but there are three restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance, the nearest one being five minutes way. The beach is rocky and can be choppy at times but so warm and clear it was great for snorkelling just at the end of the garden. Not ideal for young children though.
