A perfect overnight stay with every comfort! We only spent one night in this apartment, and it was absolutely fantastic! The free parking right outside the door is particularly noteworthy, which made the journey incredibly relaxing. In the apartment itself, we were surprised by some wonderful details: chilled drinks were waiting for us and there was free coffee – perfect for a good start to the day. The PlayStation was a huge hit with our children and provided them with great joy. Additionally, the apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained.

The hotel location is perfect for the convention centre, just two train stops away. Train station is right across the road. I loved how spacious and beautiful the rooms are, with modern kitchen, super comfortable bed and great soundproofing. Great location right at the water: 1min walk to supermarket, 5min to subway station, and less than 10min to Donaupark. Perfect for a family with kids. Apartment was beautifully furnished and came with everything we needed (washing machine and dishwasher were so useful). The guys managing the property were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to stay here again!

I liked that the hotel is new, that the rooms are nice and clean. Due to good metro connections, the hotel is not far from the center and the main attractions of the city. Sound insulation is excellent and you cannot hear other guests from neighboring rooms. A very ugly thing happened to me during my stay in Vienna; a thief stole my wallet at the train station and took all my money. It was a lot of stress for my mom and me, and our vacation was ruined. There was no point in staying in Vienna in such a nervous breakdown, so we told the hotel staff what happened to us and asked if we could leave two days earlier and get a refund for those two nights. They agreed without any questions and we are very grateful for that. Their kindness and understanding meant more to us than the certainly wonderful ambience of the hotel. All recommendations for Bassena hotel. They are great! You won’t regret :)
