For me everything was perfect espically thao and tram at front office also the manager hoang was a pleasure to deal with!!! I can not reconmend this hotel enough.

Staying an extra day here as the train was delayed. Very nice, calm, quiet and everyone is very helpful. After a couple of weeks on the beachfront, it was nice to stay somewhere more relaxed Big room, with mini fridge and a huge TV.
