Everyone at Riverwalk Resort were kind and friendly. The front desk staff went out of their way to walk us through where things were at the resort and answered all.our questions. We stayed here to celebrate our 3 year old son's birthday, so the kids place space was an unexpected pleasant bonus where my daughter and I were able to have a sensory-friendly birthday party for my child with Austim. We had pizza for dinner, played, and danced for a good 2 hours! Other guests who walked would join briefly and celebrate as well. We had a blast during our stay. I highly recommend for families.

They stayed in contact appropriately, and the condo was super clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay again and recommend this particular accommodation!

We felt home because we could cook and rest after our daily adventures in the mountains. Everything was perfect. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. In a nutshell, we had a wonderful Christmas and would love to come back in the summer!

The condo was very comfortable. Decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was at our disposal . The owners of the property were available , making sure all our needs were met! What a lovely stay for everyone. The location in respect to the ski slopes, was conveniently close. Plenty of space for all. Hot tub , sauna and the indoor pool were the best, after a long day of skiing . We will request another stay , next ski season, for sure ❣️

We loved the number of beds and how comfortable they were. The space was clean and ready on time. There was a reading nook with a unique wood chair and furniture was positioned to look out at the mountain. It was so enjoyable to enjoy my coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains right in front of me! There were plenty of towels and additional towels for swimming. The river in back is delightful to swim in. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. The game room was fun for the kids. The location was fantastic! Close to the mountain, Clark's Bears, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale, Echo Lake and many good restaurants. A Price Chopper is right down the street. Communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

First, I recommend this place and we enjoyed staying there, BUT we didn't know that there is no human personal to help us. We got to the hotel to get info and a nice lady helped us but she said that we ordered via Booking and so we need to contact our representative (which is only via mail/SMS). This was very wired cause they had a lobby and office but it was not for us... so we got to the room at the end (after the nice lady helped us voluntarily). When we needed more towels for example, we had to wait for the respond via SMS and after a while was directed to get some towels from the office. The room was very comfort for 2 adults and 3 kids. With kitchen and all parts needed. The play room and pool was great for the kids. Overall had a great time.
