The sunsets here are the most breathtaking we’ve ever seen ,paired with local wine, fresh bread, olive oil, and the warm hospitality of the people, it was perfection. The lemon tree garden, the peaceful pool, and the endless views across the Alentejo landscape are memories we’ll cherish forever. A special thank you to Sr. Carlos for the heartfelt welcome and the delicious homemade breakfasts , they truly made us feel at home. We’re heading back to London with our hearts full of saudades already. We’re definitely coming back, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Casa Dona Antonia more!

Sines is 32 km from the guest house, and the beautiful village of Porto Covo is 19 km away. Amazing stay, rooms are very cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Location is great, you can walk anywhere. The staff, however, is absolutely the best: both Anne and Vítor were super considerate and helpful, our car broke down 5 minutes away on arrival and they both gave us rides on different days, Vítor even went around with us to several car shops trying to find us a fix. We'll definitely be back!

The dorm room was well-maintained, with comfortable beds, individual power outlets, and reading lights. A truly special highlight was the alpaca tour – you can feed and pet the alpacas, and during the day or evening, it’s nice just to watch them from a distance. The place is also perfect for catching a beautiful sunset. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth and easy.
