TIP: the sunrise hotel which is just down the road let's you swim in the amazing big pool for the day if you rent a sun bed off them. It was 2000 rupiah per person and we also had lunch there.

Always wanting to help us with anything we needed and brought us hot coffee in the mornings. Little shop very close by, a hopper man sets up his stall just outside in the evenings. The most decent owner I have encountered in Sri Lanka, he even tolerated me there up to the last moment even though he was closing the place for couple of days and I was the last guest to leave. He would arrange food or drinks, all brought asap. Location in Navalady is quite remote, but serene and beautiful.
