Nam Ou View Villa is in a nice quiet area with great views over the river. The room met all my needs and the family running the hotel are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. I'd mention having breakfast at an outdoor table is just fantastic - a serene spot. In terms of getting places, there are quite a number of restaurants at this end of town, but for quite a few there will be a 10 minute walk. For me that is not a negative, especially nice to have a walk home after dinner.

This may be the nicest place I’ve stayed in SE Asia. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river is very special. The shower is great - hot and has good pressure. It’s a little less noisy and touristy in this part of the village as most backpackers seem to stay on the other side of the bridge. It’s still close enough to walk over there though. I would highly recommend this stay.

I have stay at private villa on the river room so nice full Facilities the bath room veryclean with hot bathtup, seating at balcony view is amazing and also have seating net at balcony .swiming at the front balcony .The resort also provides free bicycles and free tuk-tuks when you need to go to the city, and breakfast so good ilove coffee very much i will coming nextime.

Great location, in the center of the village. Amazing view from the balcony. Room was simple and clean, bed was comfortable, AC and fan worked well, wi fi was good enough. Staff was very friendly and spoke good english.

This is such an amazing guesthouse. The family that runs the place is very kind and helpful. The view from the balcony is priceless and we enjoyed our breakfasts with a view every day. The villa seems to be new and was very clean and comfortable.

We had booked the water villa, which was just amazing because you are front row on the river and have the best view from here. the location of the guesthouse is both very calm and central and with the free bikes you can perfectly explore the area. the staff is very caring, friendly and helpful. when we realized we forgot our credit card at the atm he drove us to the bank and made it possible to get the credit card back! so shortly it was a perfect stay here and we would definitely come back!

For sure the location is great. Over looking the river, close to most everything. Right next to boat dock for up river trips. Room was comfortable and clean. I had a top floor room which had a fab view. Breakfast I can’t comment on as there is a great cafe a stone throw away with great coffee and I am not a big breakfast person anyway. Nong Khiaw is a very cool little backwater village. Great massage place maybe 100 meters from Arthith down a short alley. And Anna and her mom were the greatest hosts.
