Very close to the Russian market. Lucky supermarket 5 minutes walk. But Phnom Penh is not a walking city and tuktuk is so cheap and easy to go any where. So better download Grab to order tuktuk online. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. From reception to the cleaners to the bartender girls. After staying for one week we liked this place so much and we extended for another month. We enjoyed our time in PP with Parc21.
