This apartment block is 2 years old and is running super smoothly. aAll the staff are exceptionally helpful and do their very best to accommodate any wish. Security is tight but not officious, the gym is well equipped and the pool is heated. The apartment was very spacious with a reasonable sized balcony and great views of the GTC building opposite. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Sheets and towels changed every other day and cleaning 6 days a week. Perfect for a longer stay such as mine. Kitchen well fitted and fully equipped and bathrooms nice too. Really impossible to find fault especially with the shopping mall below for convenience. I very rarely give a 10 but this place definitely ticks all the boxes

Beautiful property in a nice, safe area with very kind and accommodating people. The breakfast was very good and Jane worked around my food issues. Walking distance (30 min) to giraffe centre. Would try cottage next time.

To top it off there's space, peace and quiet and a wonderful team that goes out of their way to make one feel at home.

It was a great place to rest for a day (after a long flight) before beginning our safari. We only wish we could've stayed longer! I could envision it being an excellent place for a writing retreat, too.
