I like everything about it! The room was clean, enough space for to put my bags, the staff were nice, the onsen was good (the temperature is a bit lukewarm though), the food was good as well. I love everything about it.

The hotel offers also public and private onsen that it was a very nice experience and also tattoo friendly. The dinner and the breakfast are worth booking. It was the best part of our stay there. Very friendly personel with very good english skills. Easy to access with a direct bus from Gora station, however be careful to catch the last bus as they stop quite early.

The chef was amazing and I loved every course. The fact a unique menu was crafted for the person I was with to accommodate intolerances and allergies was beyond expectation. Will be staying here next time I visit Japan. A+
