Hars welcomed us with care and showed us his beautiful garden and unique plants that are growing there. He is a genius gardener that makes everything grow effortlessly on the lava rock (Sumba island is a pure lava rock). Hars made us organic meal with what was grown in the garden. Our view from the palapa was a killer! So as the night sky! Hars made us campfire, played guitar for us and showed us how to use tripod for night photo shooting. It was incredible! Hars and his amazing garden will stay in our memories forever. 🙏🏻❤️ If you want to relax and truly enjoy the nature, you must stay here.

Amazing location, Freddy the owner is such a welcoming and warm person. He gave us so many tips about travelling through sumba and recommended us to join the sunrise trekking on the hills next to the villa. We paid only 250.000 and we got an incredible sunrise! The views were stunning and he loves to share his passion for nature and culture! The villa was in great condition and the breakfast was good. Our highlight was definitely his own weaving art. He has a little shop in the reception area with local pieces. But he mentioned that his profession is being a Weaver and he has higher quality pieces in his house. He invited us to his place and showed us all his work and we were listening to him for 1 hour. The pieces are made with such beautiful patterns ans designs. We bought one, and this is our favourite souvenir of 2 months travelling through Indonesia and Vietnam. If you stay here, make sure to talk to Freddy :)

There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Everything was perfect. Nice facilities, location and staff. They were so so kind and helpful. We enjoyed this Island way better thanks to them. If I could score them higher than 10 points, I will.

Amazing place, is what you can describe as paradise! One of the most beautiful beaches that I ever been, beautiful clear water, white sand. The tents are beautiful and perfectly prepared, great Mattress and small the little details that complement the place. The staff and owners super friendly. We definitely will be back.

They treat you like royalty and make sure you feel home from the first moment. The restaurant is sublime, the beach is on your doorstep and the staff are professionals and yet super sweet and caring. We rented a scooter from them and explored the savanna, waterfalls and traditional villages. On booking breakfast is mentioned to be 13 euro but in reality it is much cheaper. Food is super delicious and very affordable. I hope they start giving cooking classes in future.
