On the terrace on the 4th floor there is a washing machine available. The building has the lift. There are lockers available if you need to leave bag after check-out. But you should have one euro coin or two 50 eurocent coins to use them. The check-in instructions were very detailed. Thank you, Mario. Excellent location in the very center of Seville, helpful staff, good value for money. The studio was fully equipped with everything that you need while on holiday. The place was centrally heated so cooler morings weren't a problem. We vistited Seville in February so we could not use the swimming pool but we would surely appreciate it during spring or summer as it was located on the roof with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
