This apartment is like the Dubai hotel Burj Al-Arab - even though there are only 5* for rating hotels, that one is considered 7*. And same applies to this apartment - maximum is rating 10 but I am giving it 15! :)

There is also parking, which is great because this can be an issue in Krems.
