I could have not started better than to land in such cute and loveable hostel. Soon you feel at home thanks to the very professional and easy going attitude of the volunteers and workers helping in the structure. It was my big pleasure to get to know the volunteers José and Agata, they have been such a good team managing all the needs of the guests and taking care of the place. The location is one of the best in the whole city, it was perfect for accessing the city center as to get into the Avila mountain. Last but not least I met many people who became now friends. I was sad to leave but grateful for the time spent here.

The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It was placed at a very nice spot in the city within the best mall in Caracas. Despite it takes part of a Hotel facility, the room itself is handled by a third party owner, not the hotel itself, it was not a problem though. The guest receives a card to handle the lifter and entrance as any other hotel guest visitor. The restroom and bath area was great, wide, and clean.

The breakfast included just a coffee machine, coffee and sugar. Teresa welcomed us, she picked us up at the airport on time and the following morning took us to the airport. Excellent service and location.
