Staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Saleh, Murhaf and Muhamad. They made my stay very smooth and they were very helpful. I booked a studio flat and it exceeded my expectation by far. The room was very spacious and had all facilities you need like microwave, fridge, kettle, split Ac , big sofa, big bed more than 180cm width, dining table with four chairs + all extras that you get at hotel. So I would recommend this suite apartment very much as you feel like you are staying at a hotel and apartment at same time. Location of the hotel is very nice and they have their parking garage.

We liked the location of the hotel and the quick response of the owner of the apartments: Musa left a parking space near the hotel, helped with check-in. Everything went quickly and positively. The apartment is clean, nice, with kitchen, Turkish hamam, large roof deck. There's a beautiful place for breakfast. Plus, we happened to be on republic day and watched the parade during breakfast. Musa allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge and we were able to enjoy the festivities and then pack up for the road in peace. It was a very pleasant experience. Next time we would like to stay here. Thank you Musa for your hospitality!

The hotel room has a lot of space, the bed is quite comfy, also it's very clean. The hotel is located near the center of the city so there are a lot of commodities, local sights. It's really beatiful in the evenings here. The owner is really friendly and cheerful, always ready to help

I can't find anything negative to say about this place. The hotel has a classic feel to it, the building is old, historic and important to Bursa. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is amazing. I only stayed one night but hope to be back one day. Thank you
