Great place on the water, very picturesque. The Apartment is huge! Lots of space, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We even went for a dip in the lake. Hosts welcomed us on arrival and were lovely. Information sheet on the table with all the wifi details etc. Very easy transition.

Location on Björnön, Västerås, is fantastic. 10 min from city and out on an island. Green, lushy, beaches, sport activities to rent like canoe and bikes. Fishing from anywhere and tracks if you like to walk or run. I've been at Björnön Café several summers and it is a perfect resort for a night or even as for me, two weeks.

Beautiful location, the town of Strömsholm and the area around it is magnificent. Great breakfast in a very fancy room. Staff is kind and helpful. Easy check in. Parking available. I would describe it as an old but very well maintained house that has a lot of character. You can roam around some of the house and find books, paintings and places to sit. There is also a shared kitchen. Definitely worth coming here.

The owners are incredibly pleasant and easy-going, and very nice to talk to! They are willing to help out and it is clear they want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. The rooms are a very good size, and the location is incredibly quiet! The living room is huge and has lots of comfortable furniture. Parking is free and there is plenty of space. 20/25 minutes from Eskilstuna and Västerås.
