Absolutely fantastic experience. The manager is super friendly and professional at the same time. Rooms/apartments are wonderful with all the attributes of a regular hotel, but with wide variety of additional amenities, such as full kitchen, washing machine, regular TV (without hotel crappy channels, and you can easily use your NETFLIX account), and a lot of space. The view from both windows is pretty cool. Always very calm. The hallway and stairs look like it’s in a luxury building (all white, with good lighting and some pieces of art included). Always smells good, and really clean everywhere. The inner yard/patio is tremendous, and there is an art school on the other side. It is just a few steps away from the old town hall and the castle and a bunch of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is as good as made at home, with pancakes, omelette, sausages, and the wonderful snacks. I was impressed by the fresh juice, which you can make yourself. It was my second time here, and without a doubt I will come again.

Fantastic hosts, extremely kind and accommodating, without being overbearing. We were allowed to check in an hour early on very short notice. We were welcomed by the hosts who briefly explained everything and made us feel completely at ease. The flat is extremely modern and well-equipped, it has everything you need. There is only one other flat in this part of the building, so it is very quiet, secure and private. The parking spot is also great - very safely tucked away behind a gate. The location is perfect for exploring Szczecin, including many restaurants and bars in the area. Overall a fantastic experience with the perfect hosts.

    The apartment is spacious with a little balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. Kitchen has was is needed to cook a good meal. Bedrooms and beds are nice and the living room is perfect for relaxing with a good movie after a day of sightseeing. The surrounding area is really nice with many beautiful villas and gardens.

    Friendly owner , big shop round the corne basicly shops are spread around the village, pizza burger or home meal all available for collection or pick up in person beer garden available too . bus taxi near by too & and fast journey to the town .bukowe village very green and friendly ppl woodland next to the apartment perfect for morning walk . So defo will be back in future so far it was best apartment I rented for time of being on holiday

    The house is located in a small village in a quiet and calm place. The rooms are locked with electronic locks so once you receive the code, you have flexible time of arrival because there is no check in. Also there is space to park your car around the house.

    It was an old villa really close to town, had loads of charm and character and plenty of stairs! There is no lift but it’s worth it. The staff are great nothing was too much trouble, they really wanted to help carry our luggage! The breakfast was pretty impressive.

    Great atmosphere! Nice and cozy place. I loved the music and parties from the restaurant when passing by. And still the room was quiet. It is in the city center and you have shops nearby, also parking spots and free parking in the yard of the villa. The old city is a bit far (20-30 min walk) but it is OK. The place is really a good value, the personnel is great and it is the only place with comfortable pillows in Poland... 😀
