We had a wonderful experience staying at this authentic property in Nizwa. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and just a short three-minute walk from the Fort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We had a truly wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive—every question we had was answered promptly and clearly, which made checking in and settling down so easy. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on. What a gem, a peaceful oasis in the sometimes busy and crowded Nizwa area. The back garden was really relaxing and the pool a true delight in a city!

This place is absolutely amazing. Built and decorated as traditional Omani houses.you can feel like you are staying in a museum. Great value of money. Bed are comfortable. Clean overall. But the best part is absolutely the rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset and check the movement of the old town. Very nice modern coffee shops nearby. The host is friendly and there to give some tips.
