My second stay here was also excellent. I particularly like the way the owner has designed the entrance area. The many different plants give the whole ambience an extra nice natural touch. We'll be back any time! Thanks to the super friendly team and the accommodating owner.

I found this hotel and I decided because it had very good comments. I was not wrong. They are very kind people. The place is very nice. The rooms are clean, new and very cosy. The staff helps you with everything you need. In my case, I spoke to WhatsApp and Malu answered all my questions. Also in this hotel they organize the transfer from Male to Masfushi, when you arrive in Maafushi a person from the island picks you up and brings you to the hotel in local transportation. They welcome you with a juice, perfect for the heat and exhaustion of the plane trip. In the room you have water. We contracted with breakfast included and we liked it. The place where the Hotel is is very safe and although the whole island is safe, I have seen the police car, that seems good to us. I love animals and I see that the staff has respect for animals, so that's super important. The place is close to several restaurants, we found some where you can dine near the beach. I recommend this hotel because the bikini beach is full of people, the hotels there are not personal, I prefer a personalized and friendly service like what they have given me in this hotel. Also if you need laundry service they can help you. I think I would define the hotel as: Excellent customer service, very nice and clean place, excellent location and a very good price. The entrance to the hotel at night is very beautiful, bright. You leave the hotel, you look for the street where the cafe sign is, you walk through those streets and you find the big supermarket that is all cheaper. To go to the beach, it's super close, I love to walk a little to see the local life. My husband defines the hotel as: Familiar, attentive, willing to help, excellent value for money. For the excursions, if you need help they can help you too. I think that the most important thing when staying in a place is that the people are good and do their job well, that the hotel complies with good rooms and here we have slept like babies.

    Kaani Village and Spa is a nice place - good value for money -however- the ground floors rooms are a total disaster- extremely smelly - like mold- probably from the pool vicinity. Disappointing was the fact that the staff doesn’t admit it and had to get into an argument in order to get the rooms changed
