Spacious apartment on the first floor of a beautiful and tastefully decorated villa. The apartment had all the amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts welcomed us with a fresh avocado drink and ice cream upon arrival. They were very attentive and willing to help us with anything. The host even personally drove us to Kandy for free, where he recommended an excellent restaurant. They also invited us to their home several times, where they prepared a delicious breakfast for free and told us about local customs. They also prepared tea for us on several occasions on the roof terrace, which has a beautiful view of the surroundings. We spent 3 nights in the villa and it was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend to everyone.

This residence is exceptional. From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

First off if you think that for 8$ you're going to be staying at the Ritz then maybe you will be disappointed. However if you are looking for an authentic Sri Lankan homestay experience then you'll be fine. The welcome that you get from Fareed is only exceeded by the quality (and quantity) of his wife Roransa's home cooked food. Really it's Sri Lankan hospitality at it's best.

Big apartment (2rooms) with two bathrooms and big CLEAN kitchen! Breakfast was tasty and the location great - a little bit out of the center what we like and up the hill so when you wake up you see nature and hear birds! The hosts gave us a free ride to the train station and was so kind and great with giving us all the advice about pickme app and tuktuk and what to see and when. Really great stay!

The view and the calm surroundings were the main attraction of this beautiful property. The early morning view will surely take your breath away. Hideaway home stay is a very clean place. The host and his family's hospitality were great. The food tasted super. They provided us with scrumptious lunch, dinner, and breakfast for a very minimal cost. The host went out of his way to take us to a beautiful seanic location called Ambuluwawa. All of us (including our grown-up kids) enjoyed the stay very much, and we are looking forward to surely visiting again.

This stay was lovely. The accommodation was very comfortable with a great view. The hosts were really kind and approachable and helped us get a ticket for the Kandyan dance and he gave some suggestions on where to go in Kandy. Breakfast was really nice and the host was chatty and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

We stayed here for two nights and the place was clean and beautiful And it had comfortable beds and the room furniture was new and suitable, but it was a little far from Kandy Lake, so we had to use a tuk-tuk or a taxi.

I recently stayed in Anna Asia - Kandy, a bed and breakfast hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room and toilets were spotlessly clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious English breakfast served each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both Kandy city and the Maligawa, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and comfortable place to stay in Kandy. The staff, cleanliness, and location are all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
