Hotel let us check-in earlier than the published check-in time. Since we had a small child, it was a big help. The room is very clean, the facilities and amenities provided are complete. The receptionists are very helpful in assisting us. The hotel is also located near the station and bus stop which makes traveling easier especially for travellers without a car.

It was a very spacious, clean, and tidy apartment. The beds are super comfortable. There was an electric massage chair in the room and we really enjoyed it after a long day of walk. The host was extremely friendly and informative. The property is close to the cable car station and it is a plus if you plan to visit the Mt. Hokadate.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly and hospitable. It felt like being a guest in someone's home. Perfect location and facilities. A clear 10/10! We will stay here again if we are ever back in Hakodate and will recommend the place to anyone without hesitation.

My personal favourite, l like the traditional feel of the outer house which looks like a shop front, but with modern decor and facilities inside. Parking facilities, food outlets just across the street. To top it off, location is just fantastic, near and walkable distance to most of the attractions like the rope way, red brick warehouse etc.

5 min walk to the morning market of Hakodate. The host has kindly prepared almost everything and is also happy to help after we arrive. It has a great location, cozy beds, impressive audio equipment, and pretty designs. The mangas on the bookshelf are also classics ;) Just need to do some ventilation on the first day, I guess that's because summer is not as popular as winter for tourists, so there is not so many people getting in and out to refresh the house.

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!
