Everything is perfect! Ivan, his parents and their wise dog Mile are truly the greatest hosts we met during our vacation in Sardinia. Lovely breakfest (including homemade cakes) and gorgeous pool to start a day (before you go to one of many glamorous beaches around). Definitely best place to stay in Villasimius. Forza Lazio!

Beautiful property, spacious bathroom & it was in a good location to walk to town & a short drive to lots of gorgeous beaches. It was very clean with nice touches. Owner was contactable with any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Everything! It’s a charming property. You can really tell that lots of effort was put into the property with attention to detail. The colour way compliments the exposed brick which adds the perfect charm and integrates old and new. The amenities, toiletries was nice quality and best of all the sheets smelt fresh and neutral, not like the typical hotels that have this sort of bleached smell lurking. They even provided a communal hanging rack to wet clothes. Silvia was a genuine lady and friendly and helped give advice on the local area and made great suggestions to remove any worries I had. She actually cared. The rooms were immaculate and when cleaned by the staff it felt like a brand new experience again. I definitely would recommend and return.

Ricardo - the manager is such an amazing person, he really helped us with everything. The place is fresh and new, rooms are spacious, comfy. You might think it’s far from the main street but it’s only 4 mins walk. I recommend a fantastic Pasticceria round the corner, called Marci Cristina!

    Daniella is a wonderful host. We had a lovely holiday at her villa. There were a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay, but Daniella and her husband responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently. The villa is well-situated, close to beaches, the town center, and restaurants. We highly recommend it!

    Lovely apartment in Central location. Villasimius is a nice town with lots of shops and restaurants. A shuttle bus goes to the beautiful beaches and the marina. It leaves from across the apartment and is very handy. There is also a bus to and from Cagliari which has a stop near the apartment and the centre of the town is on walking distance. Communication with people who own/manage the apartment is very good. We enjoyed our stay!

    Lovely property very well equipped with a really nice secluded terrace looking out to sea. The location is nice amongst other holiday homes but without them being on top of you. The local beach was not suitable for swimming but there is another beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away.

    Villa Anna is amongst the best holiday rentals we have ever experienced. It is furnished like a place where you would want to live permanently and has everything you need to have a great experience. Every little detail is taken care of with love. We particularly enjoyed Andrea's vinyl collection which includes a number of classics from the 70s and 80s. In addition, the view from the hill on which the property is located is stunning. Overall, a perfect experience. We will definitely come back!
