Really friendly staff, Manuel and his colleagues were all really nice. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the Ponte Pietra and from there just a 10 min walk to the main square and Juliet's balcony etc. The funicular is 2 mins walk and the views from the top should not be missed. The hotel is a gem. I was in room No.2, a large tastefully decorated air-conditioned room with a large fridge and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee and herbal teas available on the 1st floor. Bring your own teabags, PG or Typhoo if you like English tea. Great shower. Hairdryer provided. Bed comfy and Aircon worked really well. Breakfast is served in the bar which is decorated in a really quaint style, or in the little courtyard. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and ham, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals and much more. The bar is open for lunch but closed in the evening but there are other restaurants a couple of mins walk. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The hospitality was excellent, with good contact before the trip to Verona, and very much appreciated help and support when we arrived. The room was large, very nicely furnished, and was very comfortable. The bed was large, very comfortable and we were able to get our best sleep of our trip with the bed. The bathroom was roomy and very easy for both of us to use.

    Apartment had so much character in Italian Villa Style. From the heavy timber ceilings to the stone staircase up to apartment, everything was as described. Only issue was the a/c in the king bedroom wasn't that cool, but it wasn't so bad where it is uncomfortable. Maybe a fan in the bedrooms would help a bit. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again if ever in Verona.

    The little villa is wonderfully equipped and comfortable, everything looks new and is exceptionally clean. There's a private parking lot in front of the house if you travel by car. A grocery shop is a few steps away from the villa. We were a family of five people and the villa was perfectly suited to host us all. The downtown area can be reached by foot or public transportation. The host is very nice.

Fabulous bathroom with jacuzzi bath . Really exceptional and authentic . We adored our room , the common balcony and the service was first class ! The location was perfect .
