Super nice property with a nice view of Santa Mariella from the top. Warm welcome from the host, clean & confortable room with delicious breakfast. The top of our stay was using the pool at night looking the lights of the city and the stars. Also play with the dog that was very friendly ! Top recommend !

The apartment was fantastic - beautifully kitted out with an awesome roof terrace. The town of Santa Marinella, and its’ people are so just fantastic. Lots of beautiful places to dine, very “Italian” in that it did not feel touristy, much more authentic Italy. Two events in particular happened, which completely blew us away - Kindness beyond - First, my daughter took very ill, we went to a Pharmacy but instead of just selling us meds, he literally walked us down the street, to a medic centre, where she was able to see a doctor. No one spoke English - a local lady stepped in and translated - their kindness went way and above the call of duty. To top it all, the doctor refused to take payment. Local lady Carla, if you happen to read this - a million thanks from our heart! The second - and this was insane .. On departure, we were waiting on a mini van uber on the busy street. Heading off on a cruise, (three adults and one child) we had a LOT of luggage and baby equipment. On the way to the cruise port, we looked at one another and panicked as we felt we may be missing a piece of luggage. Driver stopped but being on the highway, we had to travel several miles before we could check. We were indeed missing two pieces which were left on the street. We messaged Apartment Manage Danila - within minites she came back to us having retrieved the luggage which was a good 100feet from the apartment building. Those two pieces of luggage had sat on the street for a good 30 minutes. NO ONE touched them. No one took them - And Danilla, wouldnt even come down so we could reward her - she was just so happy for us. She gave us a code to re enter the building where both pieces of valuable luggage sat there intact. These two tales of kindness speak volumes for the people of Santa Marinella - Bless you all!

The hosts are amazing, friendly people who care about their house and guests. We felt real Italy there warm and open. The supermarket is really clse and you can buy anything you need there. There is a small beach nearby with stones and crabs but we did loved this place as there aren't so many people and tourists there. There is also a nice fish restaurant nearby (but keep in mind in only works from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00 and you need to book the table) The appartment had everything we need and a noce place outside to have dinner. We are thankful to the hosts and wish them the best guests.

Andrea and Isabella have created a very comfortable and accommodating short term rental accommodation that is conveniently located to the autostrada and the beach. Carparking is free and onsite. The beach is literally just across the road. The view from the second floor apartment is amazing (and you can see the sunset from the roof top and the dining room window!). The township of Santa Marinella itself is a few (3) kilometers away and easy to bus/drive to, though a 30 minute walk would be quite easy. In summer the small area designated to the condomenium allows guests to use a beach umbrella at no charge (which is a bonus). Or you could opt to pay about 30 euro's to use the ones at the Little Paradise beach club. We ate lunch there and it was nice, a bit expensive, but a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sea and a bit of people watching. It's the closest place to get your daily coffee from, too. The apartment itself is lovely and very well equipped. The roof-top is huge, and has a couple of lie-low chairs and a plastic table if you wanted to eat alfresco. We used a fold out bed, as we had our teenage daughter with us...she was very comfortable. Heaps of good quality crockery and cutlery and a welcome pack with detergent, sponge, shampoo, soap and towels. We felt very much at home and would return in a flash. Thank you both for your kind hospitality!

    Friendliest welcome and host was helpful throughout. Breakfast was outstanding. A vegan and vegetarian feast was laid on for us. The villa is in a beautiful location close to the sea.

    Lovely place, extremely clean and always nice smell in the villa, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, great to spend time at the pool and jacuzzi!! Highly recommended, definitely the best choice, we had awesome week there, we will revisit also due to the very welcoming staff and great food there!!
