Very thoughtful touches to the room and shared lounge. The keyless code is also convenient. What a beautiful place to stay with so many helpful recommendations and conveniently close to the train station. I could not ask for more. The team was also very helpful in helping us call for a rental car since we ran into some issues during the summer peak/holiday season.

Apartment is very nice,modern,new, spacious and very well equipped .We appreciate a lot that there was some coffee, milk,mineral water,juice and also some sweet bakery for the breakfast (what is not common at all).The owner was so nice,he accepted our late arrival and he came to meet us personally.The location of apartment and the neighborhood is very good and safe,it is quiet close to the centre of Parma.We strongly recommend it to everybody and we would be happy to come here again .

After climbing the stairway to heaven without a (Led) Zeppelin, we stepped into this beautiful little flat. Lovingly furnished, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, practical kitchen and a small entrance terrace completed the picture. Good Wi-Fi, uncomplicated communication by app and easy access with code. We felt very comfortable and safe here, to recommend. The car was left in the Fratti Duc Parking (8' on foot), which was also a good choice.

Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Shared toilet with Salvatore, the host, but he only has one double bedroom for rent. Exceptional service from Salvatore who is very thoughtful and kind. He helped me find parking nearby as there is a two hour parking limit (parking metres) in the streets outside near the property.
