Il Sogno - The Dream. This incredible accommodation sits upon a hill, overlooking one of the best beaches along the Amalfi Coast, next to a beautiful fort from 1532. The position is second to none, a mere 50 steps directly to the beach. It is perfection. Erchie is a beautiful, quiet village, and serves as a wonderful and peaceful base to access the Amalfi Coast. The walk down to Il Sogno from the main road is exquisite. Steep yes, but keeps you wondering where it will lead you. And it doesn’t disappoint. We stayed in the Bougainvillia room. The apartments are newly renovated with 5-star views of the beach. Our hosts, Carmela and Flavia, were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I would highly recommend an extended stay at Il Sogno.

the place is wonderful.Extremely clean, I say this as someone who watches these things a lot.Breakfast is great.Asunta made us feel at home.Extremely kind people.It is very well preserved,the rooms and the building itself.It is 2 steps away from the center and restaurants and a 7-minute walk to the port. I recommend.

The location was amazing, the staff were exceptional, the breakfast and free amenities were plentiful and the room and view was impeccable. We can not fault this property at all, we would 110% recommend. The town that the BnB is located in is also really lovely and picturesque, the locals were also really friendly and inviting. Everything was in there, even English plug adapters even though we had our own. All the little touches were exceptional. Location was whywe booked it and it was necessary as taxis round here are not cheap so we had access to ferry and bus easily. Steps up to property maybe not suitable for over 70s, but we only 55, so ok. I know that sounds ageist !

    We really enjoyed our stay in Erchie. The communication with Chiara was easy. The apartment has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the bedroom. The apartment is right next to the beach. Erchie is a small village, and since we spent our time there in the end of december, it was pretty sleepy and there was nothing open. For us that wasn‘t a problem and we liked the tranquility there. If you want to be a little bit away from the main tourist places like Amalfi and Positano, Erchie is perfekt.
