We were greeted by Patricia who was very friendly and welcoming. She showed us the facilities, rooms etc. Patricia had all that we needed in the cupboards etc.

Wonderful, peaceful setting. A perfect getaway in a lovely location with kind owners. We loved that it felt so private, but was only a few minutes drive into town for groceries etc.

Great location for exploring the surrounding area. I had a wedding at Ashford and it was only 15-20 minute drive away. Castlebar is only 30 minutes away also. Plenty of space. Beds really comfy. Really clean. Great facilities for cooking. Back garden with seats and a table. 2 bathrooms with showers and then 1 ensuite room on the ground floor. Pay and display parking but it was really cheap and we managed to park right outside the house everyday.

The hostess was very polite and always with a smile. Her cooking was amazing, and she provided everything we needed (including plugs for power, since in my country we use different that the ones in Ireland). Our room everyday was cleaned.

From checking in to going for breakfast the staff were very friendly. You are met with a smile and a chat as soon as you go there. Margaret is a lovely woman and Gerry was very welcoming in the morning taking time to chat with us . Will definitely be staying there again everything was lovely .

Clean , modern house , good Wi-Fi and Netflix for the kids . Great location to see the sights . Ivor the host was very accommodating. Oil heating ran out one evening and he popped around within the hour to replenish it . 5 beds , 4 bathrooms , so plenty of space for everyone. Really enjoyed our stay , will be back next year ☺️
