The villa is beautiful and historical, so take that into consideration when booking. I requested an iron, and Iva allowed us to use the one in their laundry room. The location is excellent, merely 4 min walk to the marina/riva, 1 min walk to Lidl and DM. Less than 5 min beautiful walk to Čikat bay.
