Best place to be in Kardamena. Wonderful host, helpful and kind. Big appartement, always clean, with everything you need, from wifi, android TV, big bed, awesome terrace with mountains and sea view, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were like home. Thanks a lot.

The view from the patio is unreal, a little slice of heaven. We were a little early in the season so there were some works still ongoing in the vicinity but it was still a great experience to wake up every morning to the beautiful sea views. Emmanuel our host could not have been more accommodating to us, I made an error on our booking but he ensured it did not have any impact on our stay and he was more than obliging to any extra requests we made. A superb host. The apartment was modern, clean, a short walk to bars/restaurants/shops and had all the facilities we required for our stay.

Absolutely everything. I have been going to Kardamiena for over 30 years and this is by far the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in. Its beautiful, with 3 really spacious double bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you could need, the kids were kept entertained with Netflix while I cooked and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The wonderful owner was so kind and waited for us without any issues when our flight was delayed,kept in contact prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided bottled water and some nibbles for our first night as we were arriving late at night when no shops were open. We hired a car and there was plenty of space to park right outside. Location is perfect, right I the centre of town and 2 second walk from the beach, there are 2 main supermarkets just round the corner and if you're driving its a minute or two round the corner from the main road. We went out of season so it was nice and quiet but even in season it's just far enough away from the bars that it would still be an ideal location for a family or group.

Very big room with extra bed. Very good matresses and pillows. Nice kitchen with basic apliances, and big bathroom. Clean. Nice stuff. Beautiful pool area with palm trees, very comfy for resting. Across the street- rent a car, 500m left main bus station for transport to airport. Beach is amainzingly amaizing;) Absolutely recomend!!

The host/owner was fantastic & so helpful! Apartment is very central (close to beachfront, busstop, shops and restaurants), clean & had everything I needed for a short stay. The kitchenette is sufficiently equipped and there is a washing machine in the communal area downstairs which guests can use.

    Our stay was truely wonderful!! The location is perfect with private access to the beach and far away from the "louder" more busy bars so the evenings were super peaceful but in a 10 minute walk you were the in the middle of the action if you wanted to. The villa is beautifully decorated with all the essentials. Really cozy and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heart beat. A special thanks to Nick for being a wonderful host and lovely person. You won't regret your stay here.

    The view was amazing. We was able to watch the sunrise every morning. Nick, the owner is so helpful and friendly. The villa is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. I stayed with my husband and 3 children, 1 of which was an 8 month old.

    The host Emmanuel is very friendly and helpful. He communicated with us in advance, made everything clear and was available upon check in for any help. The sea view studio was amazing and it is exactly what you are looking for for easy and relaxing stay in Kardamena. The beach front is real and the accommodation Sunbeds are very handy. Additionally, the location is very convenient, it is close to everything and in the same time not in the middle of the busy village. We loved it and it was for sure our best stay in Kos!
