My group stayed in the middle of winter. The rooms were clean and warm. It was great to relax by the fire after a day of ski touring, and enjoy a home-cooked Georgian meal. The food and service was among the best we have experienced in Georgia. We will be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff, arranged our transport and horseback tour. Best breakfast we had during the whole trip. Location is perfect, in the prettiest part of Ushguli. Views are amazing to all directions. Very authentic local house, we loved it!

Simple accommodation with authentic atmosphere. The food served was excellent, and the cozy warmth was exactly what we needed after getting soaked in the rain. The owner was helpful and even arranged transportation for us for the following day. It was a perfect place to dry off, relax, and enjoy delicious local dishes. Beautiful quiet clean place with very kindest family.This is our 3rd time to Ushguli trip and finally we find best hostel.This is not main village but only 5-10min by walk.The main town is busy with tourists and many cars. For the first two days,we lived in main village and moved. It was best decision.Here is Only the sound of the river and the chirping of birds. Desks and chairs perfect for remote workers are set in a beautiful view. Network is 4G !!About Food ,You can order mother delicious homemade Georgia food.You can order every time.Homemade juice is also excellent! I only speak English, but no problem. Girl and boy can speak English and solved all our problems! That's why I changed the schedule and extended stay here. I Hope you book here and enjoy real Ushguli life!!

The family welcomed us very dearly, also helped with the taxi to getting into Ushguli and outside. The dinners are so so so good (especially home made yoghurt, home made cheese and khachapuri). We felt very welcomed and safe. Nothing problematic, everything can be arranged. Also very good location to leave to the hiking trail above Ushguli and it is really not far away from the center of Ushguli. Babi's English is perfect, so the communication is great (she is an excellent hostess). This is a very good option for a very good price. I really recommend staying here! :)

    This is a great place to stay in Zhibiani (the upper village). The location is fantastic and the welcome is amazing. The family is so friendly and the meals are delicious. Frequent offers of tea when you return after a wander are great. I have stayed here previously (twice) and returned because I loved it so much... Thanks David

    Guestohuse in super nice position. At the top of a hill, you can see all the villages that make of Usghuli. Really amazing. Central position. Staff so nice and helpful. 2 minutes by foot from Chazashi and 5 from Zhibiani.

    Very nice place inside the old village of ushguli. The host lady does not speak English but her son and daughter speak English very well. We had both dinner and breakfast (very aboundant), everything was freshly made and good! They also offered a horse tour that you can do by yourself or with the guide. Very recommended

    Miss Marina was one of the best host ive ever had… She was extremely friendly, you can ask from her dinner or breakfast that she’s cooking in her kitchen and she inviting you inside her house.. i think shes the definition of georgian hospitality… The room was cozy and cute pretty traditional she has a big yard than you can lay for hours… the house located in the ushguli village and it has extremely beautiful view..

    A very pleasant experience. Admittedly, it is more basic accommodation with a shared bathroom, but the friendliness of the hosts, location in beautiful surroundings and excellent food add to the unique feeling. It is also an excellent starting point for wandering around the area, both for visiting the nearby mountains and glacier, as well as for a walk in the village.
