The location was perfect. The host extremely helpful and easy to get with. It had everything we needed. Once settled in, it was a home from home. The coffee machine was a massive bonus every morning. A mixture of new and old charm. Highly recommend. If you know Southport this was a great flat, for those new it's in a quite spot but so close to everything.

The location was great. Close to the person I was visiting. Just across the street is the train station, so I was able to go into Southport. The staff were very friendly. Enjoyed a lunch in the restaurant.

Stayed a couple of nights to visit local attractions. Only a short bus or taxi ride to town (£4-£5) The apartment is in an upmarket area close to sand dunes/beach. Parking is excellent in a private gated garden. The place is clean,modern and spacious. It is well equipped if you wish to self cater. There are local pubs restaurants and takeaways a short walk away. The lovely well maintained garden is shared with the owners and was not a problem to us. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay and look forward to returning.

    The rooms are ideally located to use the facilities in Birkdale Village, free car parking can be arranged and conveniently located for the train station. The staff are always really friendly and really want to help, nothing is too much trouble. There was a reed defuser in the room that makes the rooms smell beautiful, I bought 3 of these defusers from Sally B’s shop which is next door to the rooms - they had a fantastic range of products and the staff were great too.

    The apartment is modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything that you are likely to need - great location as it's only a short walk to Birkdale Village with a great selection of independent bars, cafes and shops - they even have an artisan cheese shop that has been trading for over 40 years. Advance comms with Julia were easy and informative - even a video to show you the location of the apartment at the back of the building and how to get to the lock box etc. Would happily recommend to anybody thinking of visiting the area.

    The house owner provided a warm and informative welcome. First impressions were of a stunning immaculate, clean and welcoming holiday home. These were proved correct, we had a wonderful break in amazing surroundings with everything you would need for any length if break and we will definitely be back.
