Absolutely fantastic stay at the Linroy Guest House in Skegness! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed – Gerry made sure everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy, giving a real homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Waking up to a delicious full English breakfast each morning was the cherry on top, setting me up perfectly for the day. And I can’t forget Frank, their lovely dog, who added such a warm touch to the experience! For anyone looking for a great value, welcoming stay, I highly recommend the Linroy. Can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Les and Lisa were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming hosts. To my surprise, I was checked into a double room, even I had only paid for a single! This gesture showcased their generous hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area.The cleanliness and coziness of the place are impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding—an enormous portion of delicious food that was a great.I have never encountered such outstanding hospitality before; it was truly above all praise.

    What did I not like.... Firstly Lee's holiday home is lovely. It's clean and the little soap, sponge and cloth set really made me smile 😊 (especially as I forgot ours) communication between myself and Lee was fantastic, answering all my questions and giving excellent advice on where to eat and explore. The caravan site itself is really close to everything you need, Food, drinks, sand and entertainment.
