It has a large balcony, which we did not enjoy much due to the cold weather. The location of the apartment, if you use the train, is very close to Glasgow, so that you can go and return to the countryside every day and find tranquility. There was plenty of parking available for our van and the property was in a good location for hiking nearby. It is close to the village, but far enough away to be quiet. You can walk to the local shops nearby. Shower was good, with an ample supply of hot water. Lighting was good. The bed was comfortable. It had a dishwasher and washing machine.
