A lot of hiking places around, Andermatt is in less than 30 minutes driving, in November all around can already be in snow - the kids liked it a lot There is a garden and a barbeque place, so easy to enjoy your time in the evening.

I’ve done quite a bit of traveling with a large family but this place really tops it all. It has EVERYTHING for a nice comfortable stay : a kind responsive host, its spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, all newly renovated ensuite rooms, location is only 5 minutes from the main highway and the road leads to a beautiful mountain pass too. The kids had a great time waking up to a gorgeous view of a waterfall right across the house. Highly highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Lockbox right outside the front door. The directions provided easily got you to where you needed to go, the box was labled and was not hard to operate at all. We used the lockbox when we left the apartment to ski so we didn't all have to return as a group and no risk in losing the key.
