The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

The attention to detail was incredible—there were even thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and local guides to make our visit even more enjoyable. The location was unbeatable, with major attractions, cozy cafes, and charming streets all within walking distance. Despite being so central, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax after long days of exploring. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provide helpful tips about the city. Really clean, bright, spacious and comfortable accommodation. We had the whole top floor to ourselves, which included exclusive use of a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Lovely breakfasts of freshly baked croissants, preserves, strawberries, cheese, ham and eggs. Our landlady, Claudine, was most welcoming and exceptionally helpful with maps and ideas on what to see and where to go in Brussels. Public transport links for tram and metro were within walking distance. €8 for an all day ticket covered all public transport in the Brussels region.
