Our family stayed here for a few days, everything is above our expectation, right in the city center and stone throw to all other places, restaurants, shopping malls. This property is pretty new, clean, with modern equipment like smart toilets which you may not find in other places. The owner is super helpful and friendly. Will stay here for the next visit also.

This is a really pleasant apartment with a great view, a short distance from Melbourne center yet in a very quiet part of Melbourne, close to St. Kilda and Albert Park Village, at walking distance to the beach. Since it is an apartment one has room to move, to feel free. It has a balcony. The kitchen has all you need. Everybody can feel himself/herself at home.

Fantastic location, close to sky bus stop and outlet centre and marvel stadium. So quiet in the apartment and equipped with everything you need. Richmond is a nice area to stay at during your trip to Melbourne (if you prefere to stay in less crowded areas, away from the CBD and more into were locals hang out). It hasa lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The Apartments were well located in rochmond. It was very well cared for. Facilities seemed pretty new. The room had a considerable size, with a balcony. Very nice natural lightning (with nice shades to keep light out in early morning). Quiet. We did not use the kitchenet, but it seemed very well sorted of apliances.

The apartments are always clean, tidy and comfortable, and despite being on busy Hight St, the rooms are quiet. The bathroom facilities are exceptional, and the kitchenette is a bonus, as is the little balcony to enjoy an afternoon or evening drink. The staff are always great.
